CREDA San Francisco Bay Area is proud to recognize the 2026 recipients of the ARGUS Certification Scholarship, a program that supports emerging professionals from underrepresented backgrounds in gaining vital skills in financial modeling and real estate analysis.
This month, we are featuring, Kay Yao. Kay (Kaiqi) is building her career in commercial real estate in the United States, with a focus on acquisitions and asset management in the San Francisco Bay Area. She previously worked in commercial real estate investment and asset management in China, specializing in retail and mixed-use assets, at leading firms including ESR/ARA Group and Vanke Group, and holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
As she transitions into the U.S. commercial real estate industry, Kay is grateful for the CREDA ARGUS Certification Program, which will help her build the technical skills needed for U.S. real estate analysis and serve as a genuine entry point into the Bay Area real estate community.
