Seven Deals, Seven Wines: Dealmakers Uncorked 2026 Recap

Dealmakers_GIF (1)

On Wednesday, September 30, more than 100 CREDA San Francisco Bay Area members and guests went up to The Penthouse at 450 California Street for Dealmakers Uncorked, an evening with the people behind some of the Bay Area's most notable recent transactions and developments. The format was simple: seven tables, seven deal teams and seven wines. Attendees moved between tables in 20-minute rounds to hear directly from those behind the projects while tasting a wine chosen for each project.

The conversations covered the full range of today's market, from a historic Financial District office turnaround to a Silicon Valley multifamily portfolio and a generational suburban redevelopment.

Thank You to Our Venue Host, Redco

A special thank you to Chris Freise and Jason Freise of Redco Development for hosting us in their beautiful penthouse at 450 California, San Francisco. With its grand high ceilings, cozy wood paneling and a one-of-a-kind Japanese garden atrium, the space set the perfect tone for an evening of conversation about the deals shaping the Bay Area. We're grateful for Redco's generosity and their continued support of the CREDA community.
