CREDA SFBA is pleased to announce Paulo Diaz as the latest recipient of the ARGUS Certification Program scholarship.
Paulo is a Multifamily Analyst at Woodmont Real Estate Services, where he oversees portfolio-wide performance analysis, workflow development, and automation. He also works directly with asset managers and senior leadership on OpEx optimization projects.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from San José State University in 2024 and previously worked in FP&A at SAP Taulia, where he built experience in forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. Earlier roles in real estate private equity and affordable housing finance programs broadened his exposure to commercial real estate investing and complement his current work in multifamily.
Through the ARGUS Certification Program, Paulo looks forward to developing his technical skills and expanding his perspective across asset management and real estate investment.
